Our office hours are 9am - 6pm Monday to Friday, and 10am - 4pm Saturday.  Often we work later and you can find people in the office up to 8pm some nights.

Alasdair Adam
Alasdair started the company in 1999 and his background is in IT and sales. Hence you get the most sophisticated electronic solution in the industry. Including your own website, on line group payments and a fast and efficient service.(achieving business excellence in three out of five categories in the e-commerce awards 2004)

Robert Joins us from Cinnamon Adventures and has much experience with corporate events and the voucher market, Robert is the stag and hen weekend break manager. He also helps with acorn activities.

Jezz Goodwin
Jezz in our in house boffin, he has done set ups for major events, written numerous databases, currently writing a new computer game for our website. Jezz is overseeing a major database design which will revelotionise the way corporate events are booked and organised, quite frankly the whole things makes our heads spin. He is still only 20 but doesn't like us telling anyone--- so we wont.

Laylah Driscoll
Laylah is to be credited for the design for all Eclipse sites brochures and anything else we have designed. She has been with Eclipse now 4 years and is also a well known DJ and producer. With new updates coming to the site soon you will see some of her best work.

Austin Mowat
Austin who is finalist ACCA to those of you who know about that sort of thing. He has 15 years experience including for AMEX. Austin is a valuable member of team and probably one of the busiest.

Sam Edden
Sam joins us from Neilsons an activity holiday company specialising in sailing and winter breaks, Sam was corporate account manager and brings valuable experience into Eclipse Leisure. Sam is also helping the launch of our exciting new brand from Great Escapades.

Jess Hamill
Jess amazed us all when she joined in the middle of the Christmas rush. Having to sort our nearly 15,000 people and still keeping your sanity is quite a task but Jess managed it. Jess is very much into her music and will even fly to NY to see a band she likes.

Marie Lyse Beau
Marie Lyse joins us from conference and banqueting at a well known four star hotel. She is from France and has the most wonderful French accent. She is a steadfast influence on the organising side of things

Sadie Antram
Sadie came to us from American Express Events organising. Completing the Group organising partnership with Marie Lyse, sadly no French accent.

Victoria Hogg
Victoria although still young amazes us with her knowledge of English. She knows words like information architecture which sounds very impressive to the rest of us.

We look at the problems you face when organising large groups and overcome some of the challenges you face when organising a group activity, be it corporate or stag and hen. For instance we don't benefit from the on line payment system and actually pay a little more for it. We think though that this is a service which you will find valuable and useful. You of course have your own website available which is a fully comprehensive itinerary and has links to useful things such as transport to and from the town or city. Minibus services should you need transfers, and of course pub and club guides.

Another valuable service is that you don't get stung when group numbers drop. If you are having to put down a per person deposit who is paying that? Yes it's generally you, and after you have chosen a company to organise your group who loses out when people mess around? Yes it is you. We value your custom and value the fact that you don't want to lose money for picking us to organise your group. So we don't charge for number changes as long as they come four weeks prior to the event. We were the first company to introduce this and there are other companies that will do this now, but not all so check.

So in a nutshell, we provide a personalised service, you will have one point of contact within Eclipse when you book and we will help you arrange the rest of your group whatever the size and whatever the occasion. We are looking into services that you can use like on line invitations, group discounts for travel and of course better and better customer service.
