Just wanted to write a quick email to say a massive thank you for your work helping me sort out the Stag do for Pete. It went with really well and everyone loved it. The Quad Bikes were a particular favourite. Just finished the speech yesterday too so all I need to worry about now is making sure he turns up to the Church on time!! don't suppose you fancy doing that for me too!!! :)

It was excellent thank you – a few of the lads ended up being slightly ill after doing the Zorbing…. Which was very funny to see.

 

The comedy club was excellent as was Bliss – did not realise that Bournemouth was the Stag/Hen capital of the world.

We did have a great time! Everything went well and everybody enjoyed the two events, especially the novelty of the beer bike tour.  

I'd recommend Eclipse in the future to other friends planning similar events. The flexible payment methods meant that I didn't have to spend my own money and then get it back and the website was very useful to keep track of who had paid what. I'm also pleased that you were able to add extra people to events after the original booking.

Yes, the weekend was a great success, everything was pretty much perfect and all went down well with the boys!  Gorge walking was particularly good, hotel was exactly what we wanted, and only realise now what a good price it all was.  Our fancy dress also went down really well when we were out in Cardiff, which was pleasing!  So thank you very much for your efforts and I can say I would definately book through you guys again,

Everyone (especially the stag) that came said they had an amazing time, especially the activities and some have even said they want to go back soon and have another go at it, think I’ll rest up before doing that.

 

The weekend was perfect and we could not have asked for more, the quad biking and paintball were excellent fun and well organised and the staff at both the places were very friendly and helpful and made the activities just that little bit more special.

 

The hotel was superb for what we were after, nothing too special but perfectly fine for a stag weekend and the only time we were in there was to sleep anyway. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and made us feel welcome straight away and also took care of any arrangements or issues we had, such as booking taxis or rating the different bars and clubs suggesting the best places to go to.

 

Thank you very, very much for organising what I would consider to be the best stag weekend ever, no complaints just all positive feedback and smiling faces.

 

I have already recommended you to a friend who is trying to organise his mates stag weekend and have passed on your web address to him.

 

No doubt as time goes on all the pictures from the weekend will be put up on our mini site for us to look back at and remember what an amazing, brilliant, fantastic and awesome time we all had.

Having looked around the Internet for stag packages, I stumbled across Eclipse Leisure and they had all the great activities for a manly stag weekend. They offered me a great package in Nottingham and were able to mix and match the activities to suit. We chose the adrenaline package with the addition of clay pigeon shooting (definitely worth the extra cost). The hotel they booked for us was also fantastic - the best 3 star hotel in Nottingham by far which included a buffet style bed and breakfast. Group members can pay individually on their website and also had the added benefit of tracking payments. Plus, they gave us our own web page which has all the information regarding the accommodation, activity addresses and event times. Overall, I am very impressed, especially the customer service and value. This is definitely the place to book your stag/hen weekend!

We had a fantastic time in Bristol, the clay shooting was brilliant as was the go - karting and casino. we were all surprised at how good the hotel was and all felt the whole thing had been organised very well by Eclipse (and at very short notice) I would have no hesitation in recommending Eclipse to anyone planning a Stag or Hen do. The weekend went very well, everybody really enjoyed it.   Thanks very much for your help in sorting everything out. It all went really smoothly with no problems at all, job well done.  
The hotel was really nice and spot on for what we needed, really friendly staff, good breakfast and no problems opening the bar when we stumbled back in the early hours!
 
Hovercrafting was a great choice, we also did the zip wire while we were there. Would recommend it to anyone who wants a change from the usual go-karting / paintball etc.
 
Entrance to the clubs on the Saturday night was a great help as well.
 
Thank you again for for your professional and detailed approach to organising the weekend, it made my life so much easier and minimised the usual stress that goes with planning a trip like this. Ultimately, your assistance allowed us all to concentrate fully on the task in hand of having a really good time. Success.

Weekend was awesome thanks, myself and my mates really enjoyed it. I have plenty of bruises from paint ball, especially on my arse, think my so called mates thought it was a good target. Didn't realise it would hurt so much, should have gone Go Karting. The hotel was fine, curry Friday night was really nice and obviously the Bournemouth beer tasted good. Sadly no pictures, due to our drunken state, don't think they would of come out to well.... Its took me a few days to get over it, and I'm trying to detox now. Thanks for your help in arranging it, I'll definitely recommend you to any future stags.

we had an amazing weekend, got back yesterday had about ten hours sleep in total since Thurs.  The paintballing was great fun thank you the stag got peppered.
 
There are photos to come, I shall send you any decent shots if you like (and I'll try to make sure they are appropriate) but I can't promise anything :)

Everything was excellent, thank you kindly.

The whole weekend went without any issues. The only negative comment might be that the rafting was just over a 2 hour drive each way, although well worth it. The instructors were brilliant, and it was useful having Owen there as assistance.

The clubs were both awesome, exactly what we wanted.

The accommodation was outstanding, far superior to what I anticipated.

The weather was also perfect.

Yes we had a great time thank you; everything went to plan, all back in one piece….

Leeds was an ideal place to visit, had no problems with the taxi’s etc. the weather really made the dog racing because we could stand outside, no big winners but it was something different for everyone to do… bit of a blur after that!

…I could kind of understand why though for us, as I was made to wear a head to toe white bunny outfit. The manager came along and threatened to kick us out if I wore it, because I might distract the dogs from racing (which we thought was a bit OTT) J (but you could see the headline news in the Sunday papers… “Human rabbit chased out of racing arena by a pack of rabid greyhounds”)! Sounds like something out of jackass.

Thanks for your excellent customer service though, the after sales care was faultless! I’ll come back again sometime in the future!

Andy.It has to be said that without a shadow of a doubt that has to be one of the FUNNIEST weekends i have ever had, i am glad i have to type this as i still have no voice.The country was so beautiful, the people were so nice. The activities we chose were perfect, 6 guys running round paint balling after a few
drinks the night before was in actual fact really fun...

From the moment we landed till the moment we left we were looked
after buy a Beautiful, lady called Ivana, who without a doubt had a
positive impact on the weekend, Ivana had the answers to every
question thrown at her, be it about the history of Bratislava, the
local customs, the good places to eat, and best places to drink...
1Euro a shot Vodka Bar, WHAT A FUNNY DAY THAT WAS!!! ha ha haha ha ha
(still makes me laugh now.)

But really, i would like to emphasise on the fact that your rep Ivana
executed the weekend perfectly, She met us on time, every time, and
was very polite.

Although the guys gave me the credit for arranging this weekend i
would like to say it was more down to Eclipse. Because i made one
phone call and Lauren from Eclipse took care of the rest, From the
weekly emails, to helping with any questions i had about the weekend,
always always calling me back within the hour.

SO... Thank you very much Ivana and Eclipse Leisure for making our
weekend what it was. "

'Well' wouldn't have been the term anyone would have used by Sunday morning  ;-)    but other than the morning after feeling........there was a unanimous feedback that all had a great time.

We had a slight issue with finding Weston Lodge (Google map shows it as a dot in a field) but the local shop keepers got us there where sat-nav failed.  They dont exactly advertise their where-abouts.......that said.............hotel situ was great & central, staff helpful, Weston Lodge staff & venue was excellent and everyone got a kick out of the day.

We made it to Panache & got the free fizz.

All were impressed by the website.  Easily navigated and took the pain out of collecting money!!    From my perspective, using Eclipse has made this the easiest Stag I've ever organised.......so hats off to you guys.

Sadly, no pic's.........we took disposable camera's and managed to forget to take them every time we went out.............arguably that's a good thing in a number of circumstances!!!

So..... many thanks for a very professional service.  I've already been recommending you.

Sorry it's taken a while to  get back but I'm just  about getting over the weekend, must be getting to old! Paul  and the lads had a fantastic time in Nottingham everyone was really nice in particular at the clay pigeon shooting  centre, we arrived fairly late [shatnav wasn't working] and the people there rushed us through and also phoned the paint ball people to see if we could start that a bit later unbelievably helpful people. Paintball let us, after the last game have a shoot fest at not only our stag but someone else's as well  -quality- Both the carting activities where good fun to, even if i did almost come last [ put that down to my last pint, must have been a bit iffy]. The hotel was in a great location, clean and the food very good,staff where nice to! all in all can't fault anything I would also like to say a big thank you to yourselves for organising a great weekend in a very professional manner Cheers Keith...

I only had the one bruise from paintballing, which really wasn't so bad compared to my friend who go shot in the bum, head and neck!   The apartments were gorgeous, lovely view of the river and surroundings.   Thankyou ever so much for organising this weekend for is, really was a great experience.

Thank you for your email.  We only got home at midnight last night so this has been my first email check – like most of the others we booked today off.  To answer your questions we had an absolutely fantastic weekend and yes, we did give Andrew a hard time at the paintball!

The organisation of the whole weekend was fantastic.  Everything went smoothly from start to finish.  Everyone at Eclipse worked hard to ensure that nothing was left to chance and worked with me at every step of the way.  Your attention to detail was first rate, from the website which keeps everyone informed, through to the system whereby attendees pay you directly, thereby saving me the enormous headache of getting money back off others.  You maintained regular communication with me, right up until the last minute – getting a call off you three days before we left filled me with real confidence that everything was going to go fine and gave me a comfortable sense of security knowing that you were still thinking about us!  In summary we had a brilliant weekend thanks to your efforts and I would have no hesitation at all in recommending you and your firm to others in the future – moreover, if I were to plan another trip away, Stag related or otherwise, I would personally consider using you again.  Thank you.

It went well thank you, the white water rafting was awesome!! we all really enjoyed it and got very wet! fell in on numerous occasions. Not none of us had ever white water rafted before that's why i thought of doing it. You should do it it's really good.
The hotel was nice lovely breakfast, and the transfers to and from rafting went smoothly. We all got very drunk and enjoyed the club we were in there for ages sat night.

The weekend was excellent and the hotel was fine... no problems.

Thank you for the beer, however your card managed to get into Johns suitcase and once Sharon found this while washing his clothes we both got interrogated. LOL

We didn’t make it to Casino but did get covered in bruises and we took no photographs... That's evidence!!

Just a message to say thank you for all your hard work organising Laura's hen weekend!  Everything went perfectly and we all had a fantastic time.  The Hotel Terminus was a fantastic place to stay and the pole dancing lessons were lots of fun.

Just wanted to drop you an email to say thank you very much for organising the trip to Riga, and for being so accommodating prior to it when we had to change a couple of names.

The weekend really was one of the best I've ever had, and everyone who came along agreed. It really was perfect for a few lads getting together and having a scream. The hotel had exactly what was needed and the staff there were great. The organising of the events was first class - we were picked up and dropped off on time without any problems. The events themselves were fantastic and totally geared towards lads having a laugh.

A perfect weekend that went off without any hint of trouble.

The lodge far surpassed our expectations, the guys working there were simply fantastic. They left us to it in the evening and then were back in the morning to clear up all of the beer cans and offer us all cups of tea - quite simply, an exemplary service! The lodge itself was also a perfect venue, cosy, large and clean.

Also, thanks for the case of beer on arrival - v.nice touch!

The weekend was a great success! The stag's dad got more of a beating at the paintball - wrong place wrong time.
We found some brilliant bars, some great live music and Wild Willie's was outstanding - We went there twice!!
I cannot thankyou enough for sorting everything out - It allowed me to really relax and look after the stag.
You're flexibility and willingness to create the best weekend even if was not the norm has left us with a weekend full of memories and stories.

Hotel - The accommodation was excellent, rooms really good.

Mini Bus - Good, driver early both times and kept the bus still enough not to make me sick (again).

Clays & Quads - Absolutely Fantastic! Would highly recommend both to anyone, the chaps running HCE made the day thoroughly enjoyable and we all had a great day out!

All in all everyone had a great weekend, The Stag really enjoyed himself along with all the lads who came along.

Weekend was Fantastic......  09/10 

The surfing was top draw only 10 out of the 14 booked went due to hangovers however the arrangements and the instructor was very good. Everyone thought it was fantastic and we had great weather all weekend.

I'd like to thank you and the team for making my job very easy in terms of arrangements and collections of money etc.  I will recommend you in the future to anyone thinking of arranging a stag/hen weekend

Just to give some feed back on the whole weekend.

Accommodation was really good – the apartments are a good size and fine for 6 people sharing, they are obviously fairly new and so are in good condition, I would have no problem going and staying there again. The Café / Reception is really useful and do a good breakfast, they were very helpful in there from sorting out bulk bacon rolls before we went paint balling to sorting out taxis.

Events:-

Go-karting was probably the best organised that I have been to. Very friendly people running it. Good track and karts. 10/10

The taxi’s that you sorted for us were also really good – they had 2 x  8 seaters for us – everything on time and the drivers were good. They only charged £260 which was cheaper than a bus that had been quoted – 10/10.

On the Saturday night we went to Jongleurs Comedy club – the acts were great, food cheap and cheerful – we all had a really good night 10/10.

I would definitely recommend Eclipse Leisure – you have been great and the website is really good for everyone to check with.

We all really enjoyed the weekend – I just ache this morning, I am not sure if it was the karting, paint balling or laughing all weekend. Another couple of good sleeps should sort the tiredness (I am away again this next weekend !!).

The hotel was excellent and only a short walk from the City centre, all the activities were exactly what we were after and the staff at the Quad biking and 4x4 day were all up for a good laugh with us, which made the day even better! The hangover is subsiding thanks - though yesterday was not a pretty sight. Especially having to get the flight back to Brussels. Quite possibly one of the longest days of my life!

As for the weekend? It was brilliant! Thanks. The activities were great fun. The mud buggies and paint-balling turned the entire group into a bunch of children for the day. The stag definitely enjoyed himself (even though we used him for target practice) which means that my job was done. The evening is a bit of a blur - but 9 of us went out and 9 of us came back so you can't ask for more than that.

Thank you for all of your help - especially for dealing with my memory lapse on Saturday evening!

Just got back to the land of the living after returning from our stag weekend. Everyone had an absolutely awesome time (mainly because I was there), but also a little bit because you guys did a fab job at booking our hotel (which was brilliant) and our activities (which were even brilliant-er)

So thank you all for making it so easy for us. It was a top weekend - and hey, only one of the eight of us who went is married so we'll probably be talking to you again!

I must admit I was really disappointed with the weekend, everything seemed
to go wrong! The hotel was fully booked so two of us had to stay in another hotel and they didn't provide us with any breakfast...........ONLY KIDDING, we had a pukka weekend, the white water rafting was such a laugh! I didn't really sleep for three days, felt terrible the whole week after. I'm sorting out the photo's so we can put them on the website for you to have a look at.

Me and the lads had a wicked weekend, and we would like to thank you for your organisation of the whole weekend.
The hotel we stayed at was great. We couldn't really ask for more. The location was spot on and the bar in the hotel was a great place to start the night. The night in the event club was also a top night and a great venue to spend the night. All in all this was a top weekend and thank you - I will send in some pictures from the weekend soon thanks again and take care.

We had a great time everything went extremely well. The hotel was great, the rooms were nice the service was good, breakfast was lovely - even the location was just right. Paintballing was very enjoyable too and very

Go karting was the one which got the most praise from everyone it was great.
Very well organised, nice people and just brilliant fun. The restaurant was
lovely too, great variety of food and enough food to feed an army, so you can
imagine how pleased we all were. Also clubs were both good fun so to was the
lap dance club. A truly enjoyable weekend and must thank you so much for all
your hard work. I will definitely recommend yourselves to anybody organising a stag do.

Just a quick note to say thanks for your help in connection with the stag do in Leeds on Saturday 2nd June.

Yes, we all had a fantastic time and got back safe and sound. The hotel was great, we were all impressed with it and the service was excellent.

Can you give a big thank you to everyone on your team who helped put the trip together, we were all very impressed with the service you have provided and have already started telling other prospective clients how well organised the event was.

The weekend was fantastic and the Quad biking was great fun.

Fortunately we only had one casualty, who decided to roll his bike and lay underneath it. However, he was fine but just a little sore.

We were looked after very well at the quad bike centre and it was very handy having the Red Lion pub at the end of the road.

Thank you very much for organizing this for me and the rest of my stag party.

Everything was 1st class and exactly as described. Everyone had a fantastic time with no complaints.

Everything went okay, they all seemed to have a good time. A couple of people didn't turn up but that is their hard luck. The carting was good and we all had a laugh. The hotel was excellent and the breakfast was great, some people even commented that if they went to Nottingham they might stay in that hotel again. We never managed to get to Jumpin Jacks as everybody later on wanted to do different things.
Thanks again for looking after it all for us.  Please thank Tom and Michele as I know we messed them about a bit.  If I hear of anybody planning a stag weekend I will recommend your company.

First and most important thing: everything went to plan everything was how we discussed - the hotel, the guide, the quad biking.

Secondly the trip seemed very good value for what we got out of it, so no problems there.

Finally, ****ing awesome time had by all - cheap beer, top clubs, awesome place, no problems
