Team Building

We aim to provide innovative team building activities where staff can enjoy trying their hand at something new, while the relationships build themselves. 

Staff will typically split into smaller groups and tackle a challenge together.  As weird and wonderful as some of these challenges may seem, your staff will leave having achieved a brand new skill and overcome a challenging task with the support of the people around them. 

Team Building Activities 

Here is a selection of activities we can arrange, but please call to discuss any ideas you may have in mind.

Ice Breakers – Try your hand at the delicate art of ice sculpting.  A fun and challenging event designed to help small teams work together better, producing an end result all can be proud of.

Pit Stop Challenge – Teams will tackle the tasks of a pit stop team on a Formula 1 car.  Change the wheels, check the oil; don’t lose your cool.  The aim is to remain focused and in control under pressure in a team effort to be accurate and swift in delivery.

Thank You for the Music – Create, direct and star in a music video produced by your staff.  Create the storyboard, write the music and shoot the video: everyone will have a role to play.  Experts will be on hand to encourage and advise.  The end product is a keepsake for teams, improved self confidence and stronger bonds.  

The Chocolate challenge – Become a master chocolatier with instruction from the experts.  Staff will learn how to create their own handmade truffles to take home at the end of the day – if they last that long.  In accomplishing a brand new skill, confidence is raised with a shared sense of achievement, not to mention a delicious box of handmade truffles to take away.
