Corporate activity: Team Training

Team training days are ideal for the growing business. Bring your expanding workforce together with our team building and training day.

Suitable for groups of 10-50 people. Larger groups may be interested in a bespoke service, please call for details.

9.30am - Classroom training session focusing on key skills

12.30pm – Lunch accompanied by a quiz, introducing fun to the day’s agenda

1.30pm – Team building activities put classroom skills into practice

4.00pm - Break for the day

7.30pm - Dinner, which can be accompanied by an activity to round off the evening with a little fun. Why not follow your meal with a race night or prize-giving quiz? Call us to discuss any ideas you have in mind

Night - Overnight stay in countryside location

8.30am - Breakfast

9.45am - Final classroom session ensuring lessons learnt over the previous day are implemented and reinforced.

Key skills training can include basic sales skills, customer service, negotiation skills and managerial skills. Sessions are designed to help bond teams and introduce staff to the core skills essential to company growth. Further ongoing training can be discussed and evaluations of the sessions can also be arranged during your stay.
