Unless you’re a Bear Grylls in the making, the prospect of tackling a paintball assault course or quad biking circuit in the cold wet months will not appeal.  You’ve been bestowed the honour of organising a once in a lifetime party for the groom in waiting, but the number of UK activity sites open in the winter months is greatly reduced, so how to do you get everyone excited for this big weekend away with the lads in winter?  Well, how does a fun party island off the coast of Morocco sound? 

We’re talking Tenerife.  Particularly the non-stop party resort that is Playa De Las Americas.  This sun-drenched purpose-built resort offers everything you need for an unforgettable long weekend away. With fantastic winter sun and some of the best value nightlife in Europe, Tenerife throws opens its doors and welcomes groups looking to party til the sun comes up.

Getting to Tenerife is simple enough, with frequent flights from the UK and a quick 15 minute transfer from the airport to the resort at the other end.  Budget airline Ryanair is soon to make Tenerife their international hub, so expect travel to become even easier in the near future.  So what’s the snag?  Well, nervous flyers may need to take a lavender pillow on board (or sink a couple of pints beforehand) as the four-hour flight time is a little longer than most European destinations.  However, this is vastly outstripped by that feeling of getting away from it all, and that your party is destined for sunny shores and great times ahead. 

Because of the slightly longer flight time, we would recommend a minimum three night stay in Tenerife.  Any why not?  You’ll want to make the most of the gorgeous weather and sunshine in the midst of our murky UK winters.

Thursday

Noon
Touchdown in Tenerife and transfer to the resort with your tour guide who will be on hand throughout your stay.  Check in to your accommodation and don your bathers for the first activity of the weekend. We’re off to the spectacular waterpark to wash away any bleary eyes from the early start and ride the largest man made surf park, highest waterslide and top lazy rivers. 
PM
There’s something about swimming which makes everyone ravenous, so it’s time to head back to the accommodation and grab a late lunch followed by a siesta to freshen up for the big night ahead.
Nightime
Your friendly guide meets you back at the accommodation to begin the evening entertainment touring the bounty of bars and clubs on offer, getting into the resort’s top venues with no hassle.

Friday

AM
Morning will probably pass you by after last night so let’s skip straight to...
PM
...an afternoon at the 50 acres of rugged terrain at the purpose-built quad biking track to the north of the resort. Explore the cross-country terrain on single or double quads and do battle against your mates on the track.
Nightime
Your VIP area in one of the resort’s top bars awaits, with a gorgeous girl to perform a lap dance for the lucky stag.  Then head over to the premier club in the resort, a name synonymous with the prestigious VIP experience and a brilliant night out. We can reserve you an exclusive table to celebrate in style and witness the performances from top DJs, live saxophonists and violinists. 

Saturday

AM
The Spanish nightlife style is to party til the sun comes up, and many a bar and club in Tenerife is open til 6 or 7am, so grab breakfast on your way back to your accommodation and we’ll see you again in the afternoon.
PM
Blow away the cobwebs from last night with a freebird sailing experience. Bask in the sun sipping cold beer and sampling the prepared buffet.  Sailing up the west coast in search of pilot whales and dolphins, you can relax whilst bobbing up and down in Spaghetti Bay.
Nightime
The beautiful beach front tapas bar and cocktail lounge is perfect for whiling away the evening watching the sun set over excellent food and cocktails.  We think you might need the recovery time this evening from last night's wild antics.

Sunday

AM
Up early today, possibly for your flight home, but if you have the time to spare then store your luggage with the accommodation and explore the resort on foot before heading over to the luxurious spa for a hard-earned massage before your tour guide sees you off from the accommodation with your return transfer to the airport.  Nos divertimos mucho, chau!
