Stag weekends in Riga
The Latvian capital is a European stag weekend destination in high demand as its reputation as a fun town with a rich history spreads amongst the short-break travel crowd. Easy to explore on foot, the Art Nouveau style Old Town is entirely pedestrianised and outside of this area you’ll find trams and trolley-buses to get you around. Warm summers and snow-capped winters means the area offers waterparks and snowmobile safaris depending when you want to visit. Tourists are welcomed, but booking via a tour operator is essential to ensure you visit only the best and most reputable entertainment establishments in town.
Stag weekends in Prague
Home to fantastic breweries, AK-47 shooting ranges and lively nightlife, Prague is perfect for stag groups. Its popularity with all kinds of travellers means that you don’t feel constantly surrounded by other stag groups, which is quite a feat considering how much it has to offer at such great value. Another gothic Old Town to explore on foot, the variety of day time activities is matched by its varied nightlife including salsa and jazz clubs, funky late night art-house cafes, and girls dancing on bars til the small hours.
Stag weekends in Budapest
Affectionately known as “Little Paris of Central Europe”, the city is split into two by the River Danube. Buda, to the west, is hilly and home to the Castle, Labyrinth and many key historical attractions. Pest, to the east, is the modern commercial centre. Here is the place to have a go at Caving, tank driving or shooting, or if all that sounds like hard work then join a river cruise complete with sexy ladies entertaining the stags.
Stag weekends in Tallinn
Estonia’s capital city is comprised of cobbled streets lined with medieval houses and the picturesque Old Town is a UNESCO world heritage site committed to preserving this beautiful area. Home to onion-domed cathedrals and the former KGB headquarters, Tallinn’s rich culture is the perfect backdrop to experience one-of-a-kind stag weekend activities such as taking part in a demolition derby, motor paintball and storm safari.
Stag weekends in Krakow
Warsaw may have taken the number 5 spot in the Post Office’ survey, but we can recommend Krakow for a brilliant Polish stag weekend experience. The city is a mixture of quaint Old Town lanes and leafy open parklands to explore which are particularly pleasant around the castle. Winters are harsh here, making it a perfect destination for snow cross mobiling, or turn up the head with a sauna and pool party, strippers can join the party as an optional extra.
